Thank you for participating in the 30th anniversary of NaProTechnology! We would like to remind you when you watch videos in our exclusive video lecture series, you are eligible to receive CME/CEU and AAFCP credits. Here is how to apply after watching this lecture:

• The credit will be available only to each person who purchased either individual lectures or the entire lecture series. Per Creighton University Continuing Education Department policy, there can be only one evaluation and certificate per lecture within each individual NaProTechnology Lecture Series account.
• After viewing a new lecture, you will be asked to click a button and complete an evaluation to receive your CME/CEU and AAFCP credits.
• When filling out your evaluation, choose your "professional status" (Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse, Fellow, or Student) to apply for a CME/CEU credit. To apply for an AAFCP Credit, choose "Other."
• Upon completion, you will be shown a link to download your certificate. You need to type in your name and then print the certificate.
• AAFCP members submit this certificate of attendance to the AAFCP for contact hours.
